Back again! The Owner, Eric, and staff were super nice and helpful going through new items on the menu. The Smoked Meatball Sandwich with beans and side of onion rings, and side salad were fantastic. The meatballs had a great flavor and were juicy. The sauce tangy with plenty of cheese, and the bread to keep it together. The portions were huge for the price, which is better than other places in the area. Definitely the 1st stop in town!

We stopped by with some family in town and didn’t know what to expect. We were very impressed! First off, the food is amazing. It’s sometimes hit or miss with bbq in Oregon but Cascade has it down. We got the family meal with tri-trip, ribs, cornbread pudding, beans, and mac. We got a ton of food for a really reasonable price. Fed four of us with some leftovers. The server was super friendly and helpful as well. Definitely will come back regularly.

Most excellent Spirit Mountain salad with arugula, beets, cherry tomatoes, pepitas, with glazed balsamic vinegar dressing and tri-tip on the top. So yummy! I was too hungry to take a picture at the beginning of the meal LOL. This is what was left over. The service was also excellent. Great staff and thoughtful of my dog, brought water to her without being asked. I will definitely eat here again. Recommended highly. So very yummy!

Excellent! Friendly staff and great food. Nachos were very good, pulled pork was fantastic. For sides, we tried the cornbread pudding, Texas toast, Mac n cheese, and cucumber salad. All were awesome.

Great ambiance and service! We have eaten there twice now and have enjoyed both times. They have very courteous staff who are very aware of the customers and make certain that the customers are enjoying their meal. The environment is very chill with board games, a play area for the kids, and two televisions. There is always a daily special which is an extra item not found on the menu. The food was excellent! The prices are very reasonable when considering the amount of food that you get. It tastes great and I am looking forward to returning and trying other items from the menu. Definitely a great addition to the Corvallis community!

A big shout out to Aron who saw our car pull in right at closing and still took our order. We sat outside and listened to live jazz, which was a real treat for my husband. As always the food and service was top notch.

My first visit and they did NOT disappoint! The brisket sandwich and tri-tip burnt ends and cheddar sandwich, fries heavily seaoned not too salty, and onion rings were light and full of flavor.

This is a cool little BBQ joint with a ton of diffrent beers. I had the smoked ribeye sandwich. It had a wonderful smoked flavor and was super tender. I used some of the mild bbq sauce they had and it was fabulous as well. The baked bean side i had was delicious as well. It was the perfect consistency and good smoke flavor and not overly sweet! All in all it was a great place and we will be returning. I had already started eating before i took the picture.

This place! Go here. The food is fantastic (we got the Cuban sandwich and a salad) and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We truly had a great experience.

We stopped in for a late lunch on a Friday. We had the beef and cheddar brisket sandwich with a side of Mac and cheese and an order of the nachos with brisket. Holy cow the nachos were huge, I didn't need dinner that night. The beef and cheddar was l delicious with really tender brisket and just the right amount of cheese. The service was friendly and we got our order quickly. While we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time we came in the music was great 80's tunes. This would be a great place to come watch football game, have some bbq and a beer or two.
